The kitchen features a two-burner induction cooktop, air fryer, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, electric coffee maker, and refrigerator, offering functionality and convenience for meal preparation.

The laundry area is equipped with an iron and ironing board, floor clothes rack, and clothespins, ensuring practicality throughout your stay.

The bathroom includes an electric shower, exhaust fan, vanity mirror, and blue-light chromotherapy, providing comfort and well-being.

The bedroom offers air conditioning, blackout curtains, a 43-inch Smart TV, bedside lamp, and side table, creating a cozy and relaxing environment.

The balcony has a dining table with chairs, perfect for meals or moments of relaxation in a pleasant and airy space.

There is new construction underway at the neighboring address, and the apartment’s view may have changed during your stay.

This vacation rental offers comfort and convenience in a full-service condominium with a variety of leisure and practical amenities. Guests can enjoy a swimming pool with a hot tub, gym, playground, convenience market, meeting room/coworking space, and laundry facilities. The gourmet area is available by reservation, and the condominium also features a bike rack.

The pool is usually closed on Mondays for treatment but may also be closed on other days if maintenance is required by the condominium administration.

The communication with guests is done as promptly as possible to make them feel welcomed, both through the platform and by phone.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.
