The apartment features a kitchen equipped with a two-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, electric coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, and a set of pots with lids, providing convenience for meal preparation. The bathroom includes an electric shower, exhaust fan, and hair dryer. In the bedroom, guests will find air conditioning, a 43" smart TV, blackout curtains, as well as an ironing board and electric iron for added comfort during the stay. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, offering a pleasant space to relax.

The condominium offers a variety of shared areas designed to provide practicality, comfort, and leisure for residents and guests. Available spaces include a lobby, terrace, playground, bicycle storage, gym, a coworking area integrated with a meeting room, as well as a shared lounge area with laundry facilities and an easy market. On the rooftop, the condominium features a social lounge with a gourmet bar and barbecue area, along with a swimming pool overlooking the sea.

The pool is usually closed on Mondays for treatment, but it may also be closed on other days of the week for maintenance at the condominium management’s discretion.
