The living room is comfortable and functional, featuring air conditioning, a 43" smart TV, and a sofa bed, ideal for relaxing moments.

The balcony is a highlight, featuring glass enclosure, a dining table with chairs, armchairs, and blackout roller shades, creating a pleasant space to unwind at any time of day. The laundry area includes a washer and dryer, a floor drying rack, an electric iron, and an ironing board, ensuring added convenience throughout the stay.
