The studio is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests with a queen bed and a sofa bed, and features full air conditioning.

The functional kitchen comes equipped with a tap water purifier, a 2-burner induction cooktop, range hood, microwave, refrigerator, electric coffee maker, Italian stovetop espresso maker, blender, and sandwich toaster—making meal prep quick and easy.

The bathroom includes an electric shower and a hairdryer for added comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

The main living space balances comfort and functionality, featuring a 53" Smart TV, sofa bed, dining table with chairs, a compact ironing board, and an iron—making it ideal for relaxing, working, or enjoying a meal.

The integrated balcony, with glass enclosure, expands the space and offers a pleasant environment to relax throughout the day.

The building features full access to amenities, including a semi-Olympic pool with a shallow end, a gym, coworking space, sports bar, playroom, outdoor playground, shared laundry room, and a convenience store. These spaces were designed to offer extra comfort, convenience, and leisure options throughout your stay.

Please note that the pool is typically closed on Mondays for maintenance, but may also be temporarily closed by building management on other days of the week.

The communication with guests is done as promptly as possible to make them feel welcomed, both through the platform and by phone. Our check-in process is self-check-in, without my physical presence.
