This vacation apartment is located on the main seafront promenade of Barra, in Salvador, on the 8th floor, offering a wide view of the ocean as well as the Carnival circuit. The elevated position allows you to enjoy the excitement of the festivities and take in the scenic coastline, just steps away from the beach.

The apartment integrates the entrance and kitchen into a functional space equipped with a full-length mirror, refrigerator, microwave, air extractor, two-burner induction cooktop, blender, sandwich maker, coffee machine, and faucet with an attached water filter, making everyday life practical. The bathroom features an electric shower, exhaust fan, and hairdryer. In the bedroom, guests will find air conditioning, a 50" smart TV, a work station, ironing board, electric iron, and blackout curtains, ensuring comfort whether you’re relaxing or working remotely. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing moments.

This vacation rental offers comfort and convenience in a full-service condominium, with a variety of leisure options and practical amenities. Guests can enjoy a swimming pool with hydromassage, gym, playground, mini market, meeting/coworking room, and laundry facilities. The gourmet space is available by reservation, and there’s also a bike storage area in the building.

During Salvador's Carnival period, parking space use is restricted; guests cannot use this service due to the city’s vehicle circulation restrictions. Also during this period, the gym deck has restricted access and will not be available to guests.

The pool is usually closed on Mondays for treatment, but may also be closed by building management on other days for maintenance.
