The apartment features a comfortable living room equipped with air conditioning, a 50" smart TV, sofa bed, blackout roller shades, a closet for storing clothes and luggage, and a vanity mirror. The first en-suite bedroom includes air conditioning and blackout roller shades, while the bathroom has a window and an electric shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, offering a dining table with chairs, a four-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator, water purifier, oven, microwave, sandwich maker, air fryer, blender, electric coffee maker, coffee machine, and a complete set of cookware, providing convenience for meal preparation. The laundry area includes a washer and dryer, a detergent holder, sink, and clothes drying rack, ensuring added practicality during the stay. The main en-suite bedroom features air conditioning, blackout curtains, a 33" smart TV, a bedside table, and a table lamp, as well as an electric iron and ironing board. The en-suite bathroom includes an exhaust fan, hair dryer, and electric shower, completing the amenities for a comfortable and functional stay.

1 parking spot available. The use of the garage is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the maximum capacity is reached, you will not be allowed to park your vehicle inside the building's garage.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.
