This vacation apartment is located in the Barra neighborhood of Salvador, on the 10th floor, offering views of the ocean and Morro do Cristo, one of the most iconic landmarks along the waterfront. Its elevated position provides an open panorama of the scenery, allowing guests to enjoy the changing views of the sea and the coastline throughout the day.

The apartment offers a practical and functional setup designed to provide comfort throughout your stay.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, air extractor hood, faucet with built-in filter, blender, refrigerator, sandwich maker, coffee machine and Italian coffee maker, as well as a two-burner induction cooktop, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease on a daily basis.

In the bedroom, the space combines comfort and practicality, featuring air conditioning, a 43” Smart TV, a dedicated workspace, a full-length mirror, foldable luggage rack, ironing board, electric iron, and hangers, making it suitable both for relaxation and for guests who need to work during their stay.

The apartment also includes a sofa bed, providing additional sleeping accommodation.

The bathroom includes an electric shower, hair dryer, window for natural ventilation, and a handheld bidet spray, ensuring functionality and comfort. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, creating a pleasant space to relax, enjoy light meals, or simply unwind outdoors throughout the day.

There is a café in the building, Seven Wonders Café, open daily and a convenient option for everyday meals.

This vacation rental offers comfort and convenience in a full-service condominium with a variety of leisure and practical amenities. Guests can enjoy a swimming pool with a hot tub, gym, playground, convenience market, meeting room/coworking space, and laundry facilities upon payment. The gourmet area is available by reservation, and the condominium also features a bike rack.

During the Salvador Carnival period, the use of the parking space is restricted and will not be available to guests. This is due to vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall. During this period, the gym deck will also have restricted access and will not be available to guests.

The pool is usually closed on Mondays for treatment but may also be closed on other days if maintenance is required by the condominium administration.

The communication with guests is done as promptly as possible to make them feel welcomed, both through the platform and by phone.
