Relax in an ocean view apartment in Barra

Located on the 10th floor, this vacation apartment invites you to experience Barra from a different perspective. From the window, the ocean becomes part of the scenery, creating the feeling of always being close to the waterfront, while Barra Beach is just a short walk away.

The apartment features a functional kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, a two-burner induction cooktop, microwave, sandwich maker, electric water dispenser, blender, coffee machine, and Italian coffee maker, along with a set of cookware with lids, providing convenience for meal preparation. A clothes drying rack is also available for added practicality during your stay.

The bathroom is equipped with an electric shower and hair dryer, ensuring comfort and convenience.

In the bedroom, guests will find air conditioning, a 43" smart TV, a full-length mirror, a foldable ironing board, and an electric iron.

The space is enhanced by floor lamps with three adjustable light settings and semi-blackout curtains, creating a cozy atmosphere ideal for relaxing, working, or simply unwinding.

Enjoy the building’s amenities, including a rooftop pool with deck, a well-equipped gym, coworking space for remote work, and shared laundry facilities. Everything is designed to offer comfort, convenience, and leisure throughout your stay.

The pool is usually closed on Mondays for treatment, but it may also be closed on other days for maintenance by the condominium management.

2 parking spot available. The use of the garage is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the maximum capacity is reached, you will not be allowed to park your vehicle inside the building's garage.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.
