The kitchen is one of the apartment’s highlights, fully equipped for those who enjoy preparing their own meals. It includes an induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, blender, sandwich maker, and coffee machine, as well as basic utensils, providing convenience for both quick meals and special occasions.

The bedroom offers comfort and practicality, with hangers and a full-length mirror. The laundry area is also well-served, with a washing machine, drying rack, and ironing facilities, making longer stays easier.

The bathroom is functional and comfortable, equipped with an electric shower, bidet shower, hair dryer, mirror, and a window for natural ventilation.

The pool is usually closed on Mondays for treatment, but may also be closed by condominium management on other days of the week for maintenance.
