The bathroom includes a bidet shower, hairdryer, collapsible bucket, and a fixed clothes drying rack, ensuring day-to-day practicality. In the bedroom, the space is well-designed and cozy, with a 50-inch Smart TV, blackout curtains for optimal darkening, a dining table with two chairs, an iron, and a compact ironing table—combining functionality and comfort in one place.

For leisure moments, our condominium features a game room, gourmet lounge, modern gym, refreshing communal pool, and barbecue area for social gatherings. Some of these spaces require advance reservations, and their use incurs an additional condo fee.

The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but it may be closed by the condominium management on other days of the week for maintenance.
