The apartment offers a complete and functional setup, perfect for those seeking convenience without compromising on comfort. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner induction cooktop, retractable range hood, water purifier, refrigerator, microwave with grill, pop-up power tower, gourmet faucet, blender, sandwich maker, air fryer, and coffee machine. It also includes a trivet, can and wine openers, and utensils such as a rice spoon, skimmer, salad tongs, spatula, and ladle. For everyday needs, the apartment provides a drying rack, collapsible bucket, brooms, squeegee, dustpan, and vacuum cleaner. The living room is air-conditioned with central A/C and features a 40” smart TV and a floor lamp for added comfort. In the bedroom, Reiki-style glass panels and blackout roller blinds ensure privacy and thermal comfort, complemented by a desk lamp, hangers, compact table, iron, and a cozy work station with an armchair—perfect for working from home. The bathroom includes an electric shower, hairdryer, trash bin, bidet spray, and a lamp with blue chromotherapy lighting that adds a relaxing touch to the space.

The condo offers a well-equipped gym, an accessible pool with lift, two gourmet lounges perfect for gatherings, a shared laundry room, and a bike rack—combining convenience and leisure for your stay.

The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.
